Your stainless steel cooking utensils have been manufactures by New Era, Inc., and each piece is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, and with out charge. This warranty is valid for the Lifetime of the Product.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations to the product or damage caused during shipment. If a knob or handle breaks or malfunctions, New Era will make a replacement without inquiry as to cause provided the purchaser pays a nominal handling fee for such handle or knob.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

If service becomes necessary, the product, with a description of the claimed defect, should be returned to your Distributor or sent to:
